FAQs
What are your fees?
My fees are $150.00 per session. Sessions last for 50 minutes.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
Do you take Insurance?
I am not paneled with insurance companies, and there are important reasons for this. Most significantly, I am adamant about protecting the sacred and confidential relationship we build together, without ever being forced to divulge your private information to an insurance company. Not using insurance also allows me to meet peacefully and naturally with my clients without constraints. I am passionate about supporting my clients, their privacy and their personal journey. I will provide a receipt (Superbill) upon request.
Why should I go to therapy?
What is therapy like?
What if I don't want to talk about something?
What do I do to get started?
The next step is to find a time to have a one-on-one free phone or video consultation. On the call, I will answer any questions you might have about our work together (or in addition to these Therapy FAQs), and you can share a little bit about what is going on and what your needs are. I look forward to connecting with you.
How can I reach you?
I find connecting by email at first can sometimes diminish the problems of playing phone tag. To get your free 15-minute phone or video consultation, please fill out my contact page. If you prefer to call, you can reach me at 773.558.9380. I’m here for you.
“We are walking paradoxes: strong as tempered steel, yet fragile as glass. In dire need of companionship, yet thirsting to be left alone. We need to talk about our loss, yet crave some space from the tragedy that perpetually surrounds us.”
